Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. It is intended for individuals seeking structured support, increased self-awareness, and practical tools to make meaningful progress in their personal or professional lives.
In our final session, we’ll take time to reflect on what’s shifted—what you’ve learned, what you’ve accomplished, and what feels most meaningful. Together, we’ll outline an action plan to carry your progress forward, whether that includes continued coaching, independent growth, or other supportive resources.
Wrap-Up & Future Planning
Throughout our work together, we’ll check in on what’s working, what’s shifting, and what needs adjusting. You’ll also have access to between-session support via email and messaging.
Accountability & Awareness
Sessions are offered weekly, biweekly, or in intensives—tailored to your schedule and goals. Each session integrates reflective dialogue, strategic planning, and actionable takeaways. We’ll use conversation, guided reflections, and practical tools to make sense of challenges and move toward your goals in a way that feels doable and aligned. You’ll leave with ideas or steps to apply between sessions, but we’ll keep things grounded in your real-life context.
Coaching Sessions
You’ll complete a few intake questions to help guide our work. We’ll map out what matters most to you—whether it’s clarity, structure, confidence, or change in a specific area. If beneficial, we can incorporate more in-depth assessment tools like the Hogan Personality Inventory.
Assessment & Goal Setting
Start with a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk through what’s on your mind—your current challenges, goals, and what you’re hoping to shift. I’ll walk you through what coaching can look like, and if we’re aligned, we’ll explore next steps and package options.
Initial Consultation
No. While I am a licensed therapist, I do not offer therapy through Aurora Minds. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. As a coach, I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I provide structured, forward-focused support to help clients identify patterns, build new skills, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. While both can be transformative, they serve different purposes. Therapy is typically focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. It helps individuals process emotional pain, heal from past experiences, and manage symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. It is often centered on resolving distress and restoring stability.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and growth-oriented. It’s about self-actualization—a process of understanding who you are, clarifying what matters most to you, and building a life, career, or leadership style that aligns with your values, strengths, and personal definition of success. In coaching, we don’t focus on pathology or clinical diagnosis. Instead, we work together to increase self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that support meaningful, sustainable progress in areas that matter to you.
Not at all. Many of my clients come to coaching with varied experiences—some have formal diagnoses, some are self-identifying, and others are simply navigating challenges that traditional approaches haven’t addressed effectively. Coaching with me is flexible and context-aware. It’s designed to support the way you think and work, regardless of labels—focusing on strategies that are relevant, respectful, and aligned with your goals.
For many neurodivergent professionals, traditional systems and support models haven’t fully accounted for how they think, operate, or experience the world. Traditional support systems often fail to reflect how they process, relate, and lead—leaving them feeling out of step, overlooked, or questioning their own capability.
At Aurora Minds, coaching is grounded in psychological insight and a neuroinclusive approach. I help clients move from self-doubt to self-understanding—translating awareness into strategy, and complexity into clarity. This work honors how each individual thinks and operates, while delivering outcomes that support effectiveness and growth. Learn more about my approach.
I partner with organizations to support the development of inclusive, high-performing workplaces where neurodiversity is seen as a strategic advantage. Through a combination of leadership development and talent-focused consulting, I help companies support neurodivergent professionals in ways that benefit the organization.
