My Approach
In my clinical work as a therapist, I became frustrated with
the limitations of traditional mental health care—especially with
neurodivergent clients. Too often, support systems are designed
to correct rather than understand, to treat difference as deficit
instead of seeing it as a natural difference in the way people
think and function.
But seeking support isn’t about being broken. It’s about
navigating systems that were never built with your brain,
your strengths, or your goals in mind.
Whether it’s executive functioning, leadership development,
career navigation, or interpersonal dynamics—many of the
challenges professionals face are practical, relational, and
strategic. Coaching provides a structure for that work—rooted
in insight, aligned with your values, and focused on
outcomes that matter to you.

With my background in Organizational Psychology, I’ve spent years helping teams improve communication, build psychologically safe cultures, and develop stronger, more impactful leadership. I also bring a background in psychotherapy, which gives me a deeper understanding of how people process stress, emotion, and change. Along the way, I discovered my own neurodivergence—and it reshaped how I think about what it means to truly thrive.
Today, I work with professionals and partner with organizations to develop strategies that align with how people actually think, lead, and operate—rather than asking them to adapt to one-size-fits-all expectations.
Qualifications & Training
We recognize that meaningful growth—both personal and professional—requires more than generic advice. Our coaching is grounded in psychological science, informed by lived experience, and customized to the way each individual thinks, works, and navigates the world.
Core Principles of Neuroinclusive Coaching
While challenges are addressed honestly, the focus is on understanding your individual profile, leveraging natural capacities, and building practical systems that reduce friction—especially in environments not designed with you in mind.
Strengths-Focused
We are mindful of the fact many challenges arise not from individuals, but from systems and structures not designed for their neurotypes. Coaching includes support for navigating or reshaping those systems in thoughtful ways.
Systems-Aware, Context Sensitive
The impact of living in systems not designed for your neurotype often extends beyond the mind. Stress is also stored in the body. Where appropriate, we incorporate body-based and neuroscience-informed strategies to support regulation, focus, and resilience at a deeper level.
A Holistic Approach
We view cognitive and neurological differences as part of the natural human spectrum—not problems to fix, but variations to understand and support. Coaching fosters greater self-awareness of patterns, preferences, and needs—laying the foundation for growth that is strategic and sustainable.
Difference, Not Deficit
